Start with the problem, not the spec.
A few sentences is enough. If it turns out we are not the right team for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Send your brief by email or WhatsApp
Include what you are building, who it is for and any deadline. We reply within one working day with questions or a proposed call time.
Or book the call directly
Prefer to pick a slot yourself?
Our scheduler is being connected. Until then, send a message and we will offer you three times within your working hours.
The things clients ask us first.
How does an engagement start?
With a 30-minute discovery call. We discuss the problem, the users and your deadline, then send a written scope with a fixed estimate and timeline within two working days. There is no charge for that call or the estimate.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, but we always quote a fixed price per phase rather than an open-ended hourly bill. A focused MVP typically runs 4–8 weeks; a single integration or automation can be a one-week engagement.
Can you add AI to a product we already have?
Yes — that is most of our AI work. We start by finding one workflow where retrieval or automation clearly pays for itself, ground the model in your own data so answers are traceable, and put evaluations around it before it reaches customers. You keep the model keys and the data.
Do you work with clients in the Middle East?
Yes — the Gulf and wider Middle East are our primary markets alongside Europe and North America. Pakistan Standard Time overlaps GST and AST for most of the working day, so calls, reviews and releases happen inside your business hours.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and third-party keys are created in your name and stay there. On delivery you get documentation, environment setup notes and a handover walkthrough.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Often, yes. We start with a paid audit: architecture, dependencies, security and delivery risk in a written report. You then decide whether to continue with a rescue plan or a rebuild — the report is yours either way.
What happens after launch?
Every launch includes a support window for fixes, plus monitoring and alerting so problems reach us before they reach your customers. Many clients continue on a monthly retainer for iteration and new features.
